The couple were seen holding hands previously, and most recently, Selita attended the premiere of Kanye West's short film Runaway with the rapper. Kanye's film is more like a long music video - think Michael Jackson's Thriller. Selita was seen rocking a long-sleeved, off-the-shoulder grey mini-dress, while Kanye dressed up in a tux jacket and kicks.
