Photos of Miranda Kerr, taken in 2002 by housemate Jasper Glavanics surfaced last weekend online. Kerr regrettably signed away the rights to the pictures back in 2005, but the model was shocked to see the photos in The Sunday Telegraph, where the photographer was not noted. Miranda called the photographers behaviour "unethical". Glavanics insists he had already signed the rights for the photos away, and are now held by an agency named TitoMedia. Ultimately, the photos are still for sale, and were previously sold for $5000 in exchange for the UK rights to the photographs for five years.
